    Disinterest from counter staff has to be seen to be believed, exception was the lad who got me my drink, which the young lady forgot to do as she was more interested in talking to other staff than dealing with me, the only customer at the counter.
    Hand dryer not working in the gents, with no notice telling customers or hand towels provided. When told staff replied 'aye we know'.
    Simply not good enough!

    A popcorn meal for my kid and a burrito wrap for me with a latte. Almost £13.
    Burrito wrap was absolutely tiny.
    Tasted ok but ridiculous price for all we got. Won't be back.
